Our second wedding of 2016 already!
Laura and I were very excited to start the day with Stephanie and her family at their beautiful house in Stouffville. After we captured some morning moments, I left Laura with the girls and stopped in to see how Ryan and the boys were doing. Turns out, they were pretty relaxed- though they did enjoy a quick toast and drink before I left to settle any jitters!
When I returned to Stephanie and her family, we set up a first look with her and her father. This is a moment that we always love to document when we can as it often leads to some of our favourite images.
Next it was off to the ceremony! Another one of our favourite moments is when we see the look on the groom’s face when he first sees his bride walking down the aisle. Just a perfect emotional moment that is shared between the bride and groom.
After the ceremony we had a great time with Ryan and Stephanie’s portrait session. They both looked amazing and made our job really easy and in fact the whole wedding party was great to work with as well making the group photos look stunning!
When we arrived at the reception, I think that it is safe to say that everyone was WOWed by the picturesque reception space at the Hazelton Manor. We could tell that Stephanie had thought of all the details to make the most of the space. She made sure that her guests would be comfortable and feel like they were in a wedding wonderland. A note of credit also goes out to Megan Wappel (www.meganwappeldesigns.com) for not only making everything look amazing and keeping the wedding running on time but also for taking care of all the behind the scenes last minute details that allowed the guests, the family and the bridal party to truly enjoy the evening. (**Bonus points for a really great sweet table at the end of the night!!**)
I hope you enjoy the images from this wedding as much as we enjoyed taking them! Congratulations to Stephanie and Ryan!
